Christina Hultberg, owner and lead woodworker of House of Quail, invites to you create your own wood charcuterie board and adorn with local meats, cheeses, and other accoutrements. Participants will begin by selecting their preferred wood, then put your personal spin on the board by learning to cut, dye and emboss a leather handle. Once the board is constructed, House of Quail will show you how to use local ingredients to create a spread as visually balanced as it is delicious.
